Packing commitment
Every The Happy Tail order is packed to protect food and supplies on the way to you. The sender name on the label is The Happy Tail.
Billing commitment
Charges from The Happy Tail appear on your bank or card statement as THT*PETCARE. The brand name may appear with that descriptor so the charge is easy to recognize.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: a cart session cookie, and strictly necessary cookies that keep the store functioning. We also ask for your consent before setting any analytics or marketing cookies, in line with GDPR.
Data retention and security
We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to staff who need it to serve you.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact our support team and we will respond within 30 days. Deleting your account removes your profile and marketing preferences; some order records are retained where the law requires.
